Spray Finishing in a Controlled Environment
The majority of furniture is spray finished in a controlled spray booth environment before being installed on site by the joiner. This allows for a consistent, high-quality, finish that is difficult to achieve once items are fitted.

1. Sand & Seal
The surface is carefully sanded and sealed to create a smooth, stable base and reduce paint absorption.

2. Micro caulking
(if required) Fine gaps and joints are filled using micro caulking to achieve a seamless, uniform finish.

3. Primer
A base primer is applied for adhesion, followed by a high-build gel primer to eliminate imperfections.

4. Top Coat
Two top coats are applied in your chosen colour, delivering a durable, even and high-quality finish.
